Staines Parish is made up of three Churches; St Mary, St Peter & Christ Church. We serve the town of Staines. As a Christian community we want to reach out by caring for the needs of people and by sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with those who live in Staines.

There are three churches in the Parish of Staines: St. Mary's, St. Peter's and Christ Church. Our three churches were united in 2005.  Each are not only very different architecturally but also in styles of worship.  But all are similar in their commitment to warmly welcoming everyone.  Please go to the individual pages to see what each can offer you..

OUR COMMUNITY

Our Mission is “Building Communities for Christ”.
We are a community that loves the Lord our God with all our heart, all our mind and all our soul; a Community that loves our neighbour and demonstrates this love through prayer and action.

We are trying to achieve this by:

By looking up:
Focusing our lives and worship on the living God, who empowers us through His Holy Spirit. Learning to love Jesus more through our own personal discipleship, prayer and the study of God’s Word.

By looking in:
As a loving and worshiping community together we affirm our faith and encourage one another to become confident disciples. We give people opportunities to participate in the worship and in service of one another.

By looking out:
We share and demonstrate the Good News of Jesus Christ. We seek to serve the community by allowing our buildings to be an effective resource at the heart of the community.

Our Faith
As Christians, we believe in a God who loves unconditionally.  He loves us so much that he sent his only Son, Jesus who died for us and through his resurrection leads us back to the intimacy of God’s love.
